My name is Karen Lugo, and I am the heart behind Pampered Pets of Waterset. As a proud Waterset resident and recent empty nester, I have traded a busy household for a life devoted to doing what I love most — caring for the cats and dogs right here in our community.

I am also a traveler at heart. I love cruises and getaways, but if you are anything like me, you know that nagging worry that comes with leaving your pets behind. Are they comfortable?
